Deliverable:
Standard pack of 1 block of 5 hours, including 2 hours of research and briefing, 1 hour of preparation (written feedback), a one-hour call and a follow-up email to answer any post-call questions.

Pricing:
€190/hour, so €950 for the full 5-hour block.
Existing clients can book a 3-hour block for €400
Includes prep + call/written feedback + follow-up and/or explanation.
Extra time is billed by the hour.

Objective:
Comprehensive strategic advice on your newsroom dynamics and representative goals, including evidence-based strategy. The starting point for newsrooms that have experimented with representation and inclusion in some capacity, but haven’t seen lasting outcomes. Clients who have requested and received hotline advice can get to the deeper, root cause of the issue at hand with this solution.

Deliverable:
20-page assessment of representation and inclusion efforts undertaken by your organisation in the last 1/3/5 years.

Pricing:
Starts at €3,840, including executive consultancy (2 hours consultancy + 2 hours research) + newsroom quick scan (8 hours research) + training (4 hours minimum) + handout (2 hours).

Optional:
Bespoke recruitment assistance for candidates your newsroom cannot find for a fee ranging between €1,800 to €3,500 per pre-qualified candidate profile (includes 3 qualified candidates per profile pre-selected by Paladin + availability for recruitment meetings at the standard €190 hourly rate), depending on level of qualifications necessary.

Deliverable:
Offering fail-proof representation and inclusoon strategies that consistently reproduce success, we mine for blindspots and prevent counterproductive growing pains.

External analysis through anonymous interviews by our researchers, focused on conflict prevention and talent development maximisation. Includes weekly report and risk analysis + future strategy process breakdown to finalise (and use for annual reviews and reports).



Pricing
:
€10.5K for an all-inclusive month, can be done once or twice a year. 
/ €8K a month for 2 months if one or two additional interventions need to be included.

Purpose
:
Assistance with recruitment + investigative skill-building, including personal coaching of talent and strategy reflection for newsrooms.

Deliverable:
Customised traineeships over a 2-month recruitment process + 4-month weekly training programme + additional coaching and consultancy possible at half the standard rate.
